By commissioning me you have read and agree to the TOS below! That you will follow and respect them or face the consequences that come with breaking it.- I am not ready to draw furries with snouts or ferals. I will happily do flat-faced furries however.-All customers must be 16+ to commission me. I will reject any and all requests from proshippers and will be promptly blocked.-Payment is currently only taken through Paypal or Venmo
-Refunds can only be given in full before I have started your commission.If I have started and you require a refund, you will be refunded based on the stage of the commission I was in. For example If I am only at the sketch you would get roughly 80% back. You will not be allowed to use whatever work I have done at the point of cancellation.-Upon asking you may receive WIPs throughout the process! Corrections can only be made during the sketching process, and I’ll allow up to 2 free corrections max on a per comm.-The completion of my work can range between 2-3 weeks depending on my personal schedule and my current queue. you can ask for updates at any point if you are curious about where your piece currently is.USAGE
-As the artist I reserve the right to use my work for my own portfolio and examples for future work, however, if the piece you are commissioning me for is of a private matter/a surprise gift/ or anything else, please let me know.-The client may show the work they purchased at any stage on any platform as long as it is properly credited back to me.- You may use my work for commercial use IF, AND ONLY IF, YOU PAY THE COMMERCIAL PRICE ADD-ON. (60% OF ORIGINAL PRICE.)You may not use my art for NFTs, AI, or anything of a similar matter to those subjects.
My work may not be used as a way to inspire hate or violence, any discriminatory behaviour or requests will end in an immediate blacklist and revoke of the right to use my work with no refund.-You may not resell/gift ANY adopts you buy from me higher than the price you bought them for. Furthermore do not claim adopt designs as your own. Commercial price add-on applies to adopts as well.-My watermark is not to be removed from the artwork for any reason.BLACKLISTED
If you break my TOS or give me a reason to put you here then you will find your name on this list with anyone else who did similar. You will be banned from using or owning any artwork/customs/adopts/etc anything that I have made. Please don't make me put you on here.
